As the Senior Engineer, User Interface, you will be responsible for the design and development of the various web-based interfaces to both internal back-office applications as well as publicly accessible websites. You will create and enhance complex application user interactions from conception to production; design and implement features and prototypes based on user requirements, usability studies, and business needs; as well as contribute to the overall project lifecycle.

Individual must have a three to five years relevant experience designing, building and maintaining websites ? Must have extensive experience with X/HTML, CSS, DHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XMLHttp and DOM API ? Must have good understanding of Server side technologies such as Java, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate, Tapestry ? Strong working knowledge developing cross-browser (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.) dynamic web applications ? Strong experience with turning usability studies and productivity measurements into testable user interactive simulations by actor to identify and refine user experience ? Experience with revision control systems such as Subversion ? Must have experience working in cross-platform environments such as Windows and Linux ? Individual must have strong project management skills, be customer centric focused, and able to work both independently as well as part of a team ? Excellent communication skills required ?
