Experience: Overview of Role:
.Candidate will be very strong in C/C++.
.Experience with Java.
.Must have experience on Unix/Linux platforms.
.FIX Protocol experience.
.Financial experience preferred, but would prefer someone who also possesses experience with international financial transactions.
.Strong core computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, threading.
Pluses:
.Experience with the Omgeo interface or at least queuing / transaction systems.
.Perl, CVS, or Sybase.
.Leadership qualities and capable of managing a small team.
