The Position:

The Technical consultant/project manager will be supervised by an experienced consultant and supported by the Consultant team based out of NY and Development team based in the company Paris headquarters.

The duties will include project management, integration tests, customer support (dealing with queries and releases) and implementation and settings of the company platform. He/she will be deeply involved in implementation of products to bring the best quality and client support.

- The company platform implementation and configuration
- Client Support deeply involved in technical matters (Level 3 support)
- Integration tests
- Training
- Functional support
- Creation of connectors (plug-in)

Requirements:

The successful candidate:

- Needs strong communication skills, both oral and written, to establish effective relationships with the client and deliver services in a profitable, timely and professional manner.

- Should be able to take into account the constraints of the client, the project, the environment, the system and the team. He/she should escalate issues and problems encountered to your superiors and analyse risk.

- Will ideally have two years experience in software publishing with a technical role such as a developer, a technical support engineer or junior project manager.

Bonus skills include:

- A good understanding of the financial world, exchanges, front office in particular, and knowledge of FIX / GL / SWIFT protocol.
