Genesis10 currently has a consulting opportunity for our client who needs to do a conversion from old software called Coppelia to a product called Appia (NYFIX). Appia is a FIX engine and enables FIX message handling and connectivity for clients, regardless of whether they are participants in the NYFIX Marketplace.
The objective of the project is to:
- Upgrade Tradescope (Tradescope is an enterprise-wide FIX management and monitoring tool, which allows clients to better manage their in-house FIX infrastructure)
- Show and support application development team, related to: how to collect Coppelia trade data and use the tools already created (in-house) to stress test the Appia installation
- Java programming as required
- Train new support area on Tradescope and Appia
- Support Appia implementation
Experience: We are looking for someone who is an engineer and who can install and configure Appia on a Unix platform and then customize it using Java, C++ and FIX protocol 4.3.
