Basic Function:
As part of M&T's Quality Assurance Test Group, the Senior Analyst QA Test Lead would participate in requirements gathering and provide oversight of test plan, strategy, schedule, resources, test case/script design, development, execution, test results and reporting for large projects.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of testing on a project, which includes test strategy, plan, defining, obtaining and managing test resources.
Oversight of manual and automated test script/case design, execution and defect/test reporting
Participated in QA continuous process improvements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above or 5+ years in a related technical environment
Experience in Leading Test Teams
Good understanding of Project Management and Systems Development Methodologies
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated time management, organizational and detail related skills
Able to Design and Execute Test Scripts/Cases
Ideal Qualifications:
Test Management experience, experience test management tools a plus
Experienced in defect tracking tools and test metrics reporting
Experience in managing automated and manual testers, on/off shore a plus
Project Management experience
Strong understanding of Technology Application Architectures/Languages
Working knowledge of Technology Infrastructure & Information Security
