HR Systems Application Developer
The HR Systems Application Developer will work closely with business staff to understand their processes and procedures to determine opportunities to enhance existing applications and participate in system upgrades and integrations.
Experience: If you have:
A four-year degree in Information Systems or related field
3-5 years professional Information System experience.
Expert analytical skills, proven experience with full-cycle business systems analysis, design and development projects
SQL database and relational database design skills,
Demonstrated experience with structured programming in at least one of the following: VB6, .Net, Software Developer, Java, Perl, XML, SQL Server
Current or prior experience with HR-related systems, including HRIS such as ADP, Genesys, PeopleSoft or Lawson; and recruiting applications
Microsoft Windows 2000 Server, web-based applications, HTML, etc.
Proven experience using a structured SDLC methodology.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to users in a positive manner.
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational abilities
