We have a client in Westchester County, New York with a requirement for a SAP FICO Functional Consultant. The details are as follows-
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Co-ordinate activities between the business subject matter experts and the SAP implementation team.
Gather, analyze and document existing business processes and business requirements. Recommend process improvement, where applicable. Ensure business owner understands how process is integrated with SAP
Translate business needs into SAP and work with IS partners to ensure requirements are understood and developed to meet milestones.
Support user acceptance testing by developing business scenarios that are translated into the test cases. Support key users during testing period.
Position Requirements:
5-9 years of relevant experience,
Previous work experience in multiple areas:
- FI-G/L, A/R, AP,
- CO, Planning, Product Costing, Overhead, etc..
They must know Product Costing and Cost Controlling beyond just knowing how to configure the Accounts.
Good communication skills written and verbal
Result oriented high sense of urgency
Ability to multi-task in a fast past environment with shifting priorities
Comfortable working in a virtual environment
Up to 30% Travel maybe required
Duration - 6 + Mo's
