Experience: We are currently seeking a Help Desk resource for a 12 month contract.



Responsibilities include ticketing, triage, of tickets, working with customers trying to find out what the real problem is. Account set up and modifications, Blackberry issues (if the person has those skills - not required),reporting, This is more administration vs architecture. Focus is on daily administrative tasks. Must have knowledge of Exchange,SQL Server, Unix, IIS and Server 2003
