Remote Sybase DBA
CDI has an opening for a Senior Sybase DBA with strong ASE skills on AIX & HPUX servers (including Sybase Replication).
The person can work remotely. Our client uses Sybase 11.9 and 12.5.
The DBA should know how to do Installs, Upgrades, implement backups, handle restores and be able to do Performance and Tuning.
This is a Long term (at least 1 year) W2 contract.
Work Shift: 1st shift
Weekend Coverage: Weekend coverage is required.
On Call: Needs to be on-call
Years Experience: 7-10
Travel Required: Travel is not required.
