UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking the expertise of (3) Business Analysts for their Brooklyn, NY team. Requirements include minimally three years of process improvement experience, process redesign modeling, a background in project management, and strong analytical and conceptual skills. The selected candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Driving the creation of process models (primarily conceptual/logical models), as well as the supporting process ecosystem (screen interactions, dashboards, rule management, optimization algorithms and so on) from the blueprinting through the implementation phasesMaintaining and sharing process knowledge by embracing methods, techniques, notations, standards and best practices derived from the business architecture teamWorking closely with process architects and other analysts to ensure process consistency and techniques across the enterpriseModel, simulate and enhance business process diagrams (for example, using a graphic-oriented business process analysis/modeling tool)Work with and through the client relationship managers (who serve as ongoing representatives of client needs), and/or work directly with business unit clients as required by the enterprise engagement protocolSearch internal and external resources for pre-built models, templates and services to meet process needsDetermine and document the impact of change and suggest policy, goal and rule changesUNIVERSAL Technologies, LLC is an enterprise integration company focused at delivering IT solutions to both government agencies and commercial entities. Experience: To be considered for this opportunity candidates must possess the following mandatory skills and experiences:Bachelor of Science degree or related business discipline (MBA preferred)Three years of process improvement experience; especially experience that leverages technology as part of the solutionProject management experienceBusiness domain experience in the education industryIn-depth experience with process redesign methods (such as business process re-engineering, Six Sigma or total quality management)Knowledgeable in designing and constructing business processes, subprocesses and their links to automated tasks in ITHands-on experience with process modeling, analysis and simulation toolsKnowledge of relevant business process standards (for example, business process modeling notation)Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needsStrong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to create original concepts on projectsAbility to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems that involve remote and elusive symptoms, often spanning multiple environments in a business area.UNIVERSAL Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
