Lead IT Analyst, Lotus Notes/Messaging
Daily support for a world wide Lotus Notes environment consisting of 126 servers in 82 countries.
Responsibilities include testing and implementing global messaging solutions while providing round-the-clock support and maintenance to ensure connectivity between all servers worldwide, supporting more than 25K employees.
Provide third-tier support for domestic and international location administrators.
Work closely with vendors to ensure technical support and resolve system deficiencies. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for Lotus Notes availability.
Evaluate new and emerging technologies and present findings to senior management; author standardization documentation for tested and approved products.
Lead staff training sessions.
Creating both administrator and end-user documentation for use by local/regional Lotus Notes administrators as new functionalities are introduced into the environment.
Responsible for composing/distributing quarterly update to world wide Lotus Notes Administrators.
Responsible for the generation of monthly messaging statistics worldwide, for both internal and internet mail.
