<b><u>Senior Network Administrator to Start ASAP </u></b><br>
My client is in need of a <b>Senior Network Administrator </b> This position will share the responsibility for the operations and technology infrastructure including managing Cisco network devices, network security, Windows/Exchange server management, data center operations, Wide and Local Area Networks for this company and its affiliated organizations, including remote computing solutions and architectures, and converged network technologies such as, GRE and VoIP. This position ensures the efficient operation of the company&#146;s data centers, including being responsible for monitoring and diagnosing network and server problems, developing policy and protocol, and mentoring staff to standards of operations (SOP) and service.

The position will also work closely with the IT executive staff and decision makers in other affiliate organizations in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
<b>Windows Administration and Cisco Networking Experience is a must. </B> <br><br>

<b><u>Senior Network Administrator: </u></b><br>
&#149;Able to manage MS Server/Exchange 2000/2003 environments <br>
&#149; Experience supporting Desktop and Server Environment in a Windows environment. <br>
&#149; Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development, mid-large data center operations, and proactive management of complex technical environments <br>
&#149; Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including firewalls, switches, routers, V-LANs, VOIP, NAS, SANS <br>
&#149;Experience managing data center, backup & recovery strategies, working knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws, policy/procedures, data center operations procedures, job scheduling, maintenance calendars, etc<br>
&#149;Excellent interpersonal skills, open, compassionate and understanding technical resource, able to translate technology to non-technical staff and users with the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language<br>
&#149; Certifications in Comptia Network+, Microsoft certifications MCSE 2003, Cisco network equipment, CCNA, CCNP helpful but not required, <br>
