In this position, the candidate will be a developer on a bankruptcy claims management and reconciliation application, which will be used in the largest Chapter 11 filings throughout the country.This position entails developing Microsoft .Net smart client and web application systems using C# with a MS SQL Server 2005/2008 back-end. Additionally, familiarity and experience with developing applications in a MS SharePoint environment would be a plus. The role will primarily focus on hands on coding of the project using the technologies listed below.Responsibilities* Develop, debug and maintain production application.* Participate in technical design and implementation. Proactively raises issues if specification will lead to quality, system performance, or architectural issues in product.* Participate in technical design reviews, functional specifications reviews, and contribute to development project estimates, scheduling, and code reviews.* Proactively identifies and resolve potential problems/issues including authoring of technical specifications.* Recommend action plan and communicate issues and possible solutions.* Collaborate with management to ensure understanding of business requirements.* Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to solving problems and leveraging resourcesRequired Skills and Experience* Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts.* 1-2 years of professional experience developing software in C#, .Net development.* Strong experience with the following technologies: C#, .Net Frameworks 1.1/2.0/3.0, Web Services, ASP.Net, XML, XSLT, MS SQL 2005/2008.
