1. Administration of Business Applications<br>
By keeping up to date on the specifications of the software<br>
By acting as the secondary liaison with vendor <br>
By participating in the identification and resolution of all anomalies, changes, and upgrades of the system<br>
By assisting or managing major changes in software or operational functions <p>
2. Supporting User Requests.<br>
By understanding Users, User Groups, and Permissioning processes in each systems approach to support for each system.<br>
By working with business leaders, end users, and BSG to discover and define areas of improvement<br>
By writing, debugging or interpreting SQL queries to develop/repair reports, answer end-user questions, or provide ad hoc analyses in support of the Core Ops Service Desk.<br>
By training and supporting Regional Super Users.<p>
3. Contributing to Projects Associated with Business Applications<br>
By coding solutions (SQL) and writing specifications for larger problems<br>
By developing accurate and repeatable testing strategies<br>
By writing documentation for solutions<br>
By working closely with programmers on larger projects to assure all specifications are met<br>
By working with testers to assure tests are performed appropriately<br>
By working with external development and/or operations staff to ensure project deliverables are met.<p>

Experience: 1+ years consulting experience or 2+ years experience in an internal consulting role <br>
2+ years SQL programming experience <br>
4+ years MS Office programs<br>
2+ years experience in change management, software validation and implementation, and service desk functionality<br>
Top-level written and verbal communications skills. <br>
Good project management skills. <br>
Strong quantitative and systems analysis skills, identify ways to improve operational efficiencies, articulate critical issues to management, ability to build process models, and capability of grasping scientific and technical issues<p>
