• Managing multiple software projects & their repositories simultaneously.<br>
• Daily interactions with other software engineers, systems & operational engineers, product managers and senior management.<br>
• Managing simple to complex build environments.<br>
• Creating and documenting procedures, maintaining timelines, and keeping diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.<br>
• Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while maintaining existing builds and deployments. <br>
• Develop & maintain Java code on multiple tiers (Model-View-Controller)<br>

Experience: • Experience developing software using the Java language<br>
• Proven experience building with Maven or other PM SW<br>
• Proven experience understanding and managing Subversion repositories<br>
• Some experience with Linux system administration.<br>
• Previous experience with the financial industry a plus<br>
• 2+ years of development experience<br>
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.<br>
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate a plus<p>
