Technical Support Analyst (PC Tech/Helpdesk) in Chestnut Ridge, NY

Position: PC Support

Location: Chestnut Ridge, NY

Contract: 3-4 months

Pay Rate: 15hr-16hr

Job Duties:

Install, upgrade, trouble-shoot PC hardware
Provide technical assistance on the helpdesk
Install and configure Windows 2000/XP Pro
Install desktop software
This person will be providing support to 300+ end users<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. All applicants applying for Canadian job openings must be authorized to work in Canada.
Experience: Qualifications:
1-2 yrs. experience in software/hardware installation and configurations Associates degree or equivalent from 2 year college or tech. school is a plus
A+ certification or Windows certification is a plus
