Primary Responsibilities: To serve as a reliable single point of contact for the Fixed Income Trade Desks<br>
The primary goals are to facilitate the following initiatives:<br>
• Migration to CRD from Moxy, and Macgregor<br>
• Seamless migration of TFN FIX connections to CRD<br>
• Integration and Support of CRD, ECNs and ATS<p>
Act as liaison/work with Analyst accountable for all market data systems.<p>
Initiate/test/maintain current real time trading environment – electronic trading via FIX, the current market data systems, capacity planning, installation and administration<br>
Work with the Network Engineering team to ensure data security.<br>
Create, develop and document standards for recurring functions/processes.<p>

Experience: • Minimum 3 years as a Trading Services Analyst, ideally working in a buy-side global mutual funds environment that utilized CRD and/or ITG – Macgregor.<p>
Communications Skills: <br>
• Excellent oral and written skills are required. Candidate should be able to communicate effectively about projects, negotiate deadlines, and document standards/ processes. <br>
• He/she must be able to initiate and manage ongoing relationships with traders.<p>
Project Management Skills:<br>
• Candidate must be familiar with project management techniques and comfortable with providing and meeting time estimates for assigned tasks.<p>
General Management Skills:<br>
• Applicant must be highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects.<p>
Technical Skills: <br>
Hands on experience and outstanding skill level in the following technologies:<br>
• Charles River Experience <br>
• Macgregor Experience<br>
• MS Windows XT operating system<br>
• HP/UX a plus<br>
• Sybase Open Client<br>
• Extensive knowledge of systems networks: TCP/IP, extranet, firewall, etc.<br>
• Good working knowledge of trade processing flow<p>
