Genesis10 currently has a permanent opening for a Financial/Securities client of ours based in New York City.
The Technology/Project lead will be responsible for engineering and implementation of single sign-on, provisioning, multi-factor authentication, and federation solutions. As part of these responsibilities; the technology lead will assist with identifying the scope, strategy, technology, roadmap.
- Will be responsible for the execution and delivery of individual technology components of these solutions across business lines.
- Must have strong project management skills with direct hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SSO and Provisioning solutions.
- Must be experienced in running multiple individual technology projects that converge towards the defined strategic solution.
- Must have experience with business analysis to understand the business requirements and implementation needs for successful implementation of the IDEM related technologies. Analysis skills will be focused on identifying and understanding the applications that need be incorporated into the IDEM strategy for single sign-on and provisioning workflows.
- Will also perform the development/configuration of workflows and resource connectors for provisioning to applications.
Experience: Skill Requirements
- Single Sign-on and provisioning technology experience
- Architecture experience in Identity Management or other infrastructure space
- Provisioning methodology and business analysis skills
- CA or SUN Identity Manager workflow configuration and development experience
- Provisioning call-out and resource connection design and development
- Siteminder SSO implementation and configuration experience
- TriCipher multi-factor configuration and implementation experience
- Role mapping according to RBAC principles
- SDLC process methodology
- Multiple database environments (Oracle, Sybase, SQL, DB2, Access)
- Regulatory experience with SOX and ISO related methodologies
- Programming experience in Access, VB, Java
- Mainframe and AS/400 experience
- 5+ years direct experience in security/technology focused roles
- 3-5 years technology experience in Identity Management products (Sun or CA) including provisioning workflow development, Siteminder implementation, and federation
IBM Tivoli identity management solution
