Project management skills and experience are required and experience working in a bank on other internal projects is a definite plus. From a technical perspective, it would be extremely helpful is the individual had exposure to the PEP+ application. This project will involve coordinating technical activities that are taking place in the mainframe and distributed environments (both client server and web systems). So a familiarity with all these technologies is required. The PEP Exchange system will be upgraded as part of this project. The initial implementation of Exchange is in process and will not be completed until later in the year. The overlap between these two projects will be considerable. This project will also involve working with a 3rd party software vendor, monitoring delivery to a schedule of those deliverables from the 3rd party and managing the relationship with the vendor during the course of the project. Bank project reporting and status will also be this person's responsibility.
