Business Analyst/Solution Manager Job Responsibilities:
. Interview business users to determine information technology needs
. Analyze data source content-both numerical and content analysis
. Research applications classes to determine solution alternatives
. Determine functional requirements for forms and workflows
. Design and implement forms and workflows in a workflow management application
. Develop/maintain project delivery plans
. Maintain action/issue/risk lists in project portal application
. Create and deliver project solution presentations
Minimum Qualifications:
. Business Degree
. 3-5 years experience as Data Analyst and/or Business Analyst dealing with multiple clients******
. Experience leading analysis projects
. Writing skills
. Excellent customer and communication skills and decision making capabilities are required
