Position Description
Provide a high level of customer service to our clients, most of whom are Advisors in the financial services community. Our clients value the level of service we provide them as well as demand the high level of security and confidentiality we insure them and their respective clients.
IBAs use our proprietary software to deploy functionality and build Web sites for clients, and provide ongoing customer support. The IBA is responsible for managing a portfolio of client sites in development as well as supporting Internet Web sites in a live production environment.
Qualifications
Detail oriented individual with an ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
Ability to manage work assignments, understand priorities and adjust work accordingly
Ability to work independently and handle multiple activities/projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience a plus
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Mandatory Late Shift (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM) on a rotational basis
1 -3 years office working experience
Education
Associates Degree; 1-3 years.
