Description:
Setting up new Quality Center projects, adding new users to Quality Center environment, changing existing users groups and/or projects, deleting users, resetting passwords, adding user defined fields, adding user defined list items, adding user defined groups & adding users to those groups, customization through work flow scripts.
Troubleshooting any tool issues, including monitoring and coordinating work-around for known bugs, resolving any integration questions or issues, and determining whether issues are related to Quality Center, another tool, or a system / network issue.
Respond to users' questions about Quality Center, Win Runner, Quick Test Pro or Dashboard, tool integrations, metrics, new engagements, and tool functionality for specific testing requirements.
Generating monthly Win Runner, Quick Test Pro and Quality Center license usage reports during the first week of every month.
Coordinating environment access for remote and or subsidiary testers per appropriate CCC or Work Order requests.
Generating SQL queries as necessary and/or appropriate for metrics reports.
Maintaining training documentation.
