Instructional Designer, Learning and Development needs someone immediately to help them renovate, design and develop and existing training course they have to help managers and workers work better, accomplish projects, and fulfill duties from working remote (from home or at another suite) or working in the office and then having to deal with those working remotely.

Experience: 1.) Help come up with new ideas, exercises and activities that can be incorporated into the existing training and then 2.) Develop a curriculum which can be either delivered in a classroom environment or online and then measured (so far they will need to develop a facilitators guide as well as a participants guide and also create a "train the trainer" course.
