Our client, a NY-based Corporation and a leading provider of graphics hardware, software and associated services to the media industry is currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer. The Technical Support Engineer must have 1 plus years experience. The ideal Support Engineer must be proficient with Windows NT/2000/XP operating systems. Familiarity with Windows Vista and knowledge/experience of MS Office also required. Photoshop is a plus. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to a variety of company products over the phone as well as have the ability to creatively diagnose and solve complex problems involving software, end users and hardware.
