We seek an I.T. Operations/Project Analyst to join our Information Technology Account Team in New York, NY.
Job Responsibilities:
The I.T. Operations/Project Analyst will be a member of an Account Operations Team responsible for delivering Information Technology/Infrastructure Solutions. They will be responsible for providing a variety business support functions to include: develop and analyze operational and financial reports to ensure SLAs and performance metrics are met; have oversight over client billing/invoice; work with account leadership and industry finance team on Account budget and trending; analyze financial data/reports; investigate “what if” scenarios; and assist operations teams with gathering requirements and client relationship.
Required Skills:
4+ years of Project Management, Financial Analyst, Business Analyst type experience providing a combination of the above services outlined in "Job Requirements".
Experience supporting large operations and senior management.
Solid understanding of cost models and analyzing financial performance.
Understanding of Project Management and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Strong communication skills.
Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite and specific advance experience with MS Excel.
Desired Skills:
Information Technology operations experience.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.
