Our client, a leader in educational software assessment has an immediate need for outstanding Software Developers
If you know Java and Python and C++ and PL/SQL this is a true plus, however, whatever your technical expertise, well rounded candidates who are smart and work well in a fun, team environment are encouraged to apply. ** We have a department of about 8 seriously smart people who just do Python and PL/SQL -- they seem to have a great setup, lots of automated tests, smooth deployment procedures, effective use of branching etc.
** There is another team of 15+ people who do C++ PDA apps and JSP web apps, and a Data Services team doing ETL and stuff -- lots of PL/SQL and Python again.
** We're also getting into PocketPC development, and we have a cross-platform C++ PDA abstraction framework, so we can build to multiple devices from a single codebase.
