Scope of Work:--Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and support of Sharepoint software for development, UAT and production. --Participate in planning and design of the Application Server architecture to support business goals. --Participate in the deployment of applications across multiple sites and platforms. --Implement patches, updates and fixes as necessary following Change Management processes. --Ensure system stability, availability and performs well.(eg Active Performance monitoring and tuning)--Support Load Testing, Performance and Integration Testing Efforts with Oracle and other external products--Create and automate administrative tasks and monitoring tools using HP SiteScope/Perl/Shell Scripting/Nagios. --Plan, support, automate/replicate and ensure availability of disaster recovery site. --Liaison and coordinate with AD Teams and other operations/infrastructure teams. --Provide day to day Level 2 Support for applications.Required Skills:--Microsoft Office SharePoint Services(MOSS) platform--SharePoint Server/Site Administration--Microsoft Search Server--IAS--SQL Server--Windows NT Server/Windows 2003--Active Directory Integration Optional Skills:--Perl/Shell Scripting--Oracle query tuning--Sitescope--Nagios--Unix--Oracle Key Words: Active Directory; MS Office; sharepoint; SQL Server; Windows NT
