Description
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications/operating systems. Also, coordinates work teams. Provides technical support to project team members. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May report to an executive or a manager

Experience: Job Duties:
Senior Programmer Analyst needed to work in the Datascope Development
group to produce new applications that meet our clients requirements. The SPA
will be responsible for:
Lead requirements review of the business need and expected functionality,
Develop the code design and review with peers,
Support other programmers with the development tasks,
Produce and implement test plans, record results, update tracker and
Contribute to the writing of documentation and release notes in
conformance with company standards.
Job Specifications:

Minimum experience - 4 years Oracle SQL development, Unix scripting,
Java experience a plus, Financial experience a plus
Educational Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or
related Science or Engineering degree
