QA Testers Local to Buffalo only 2 Testers needed to work on testing of the "EOB" (explanation of benefits) project, whereby we are sending EOB letters to the web vs. sending by regular mail Must have HP Quality Center experience o Creating test cases o Executing tests o Defect Management Must Have Test Plan creation Must be able to act in a test lead role including o Coordination of business and other technical resources There will be little or no automation requirements Web testing o Browser compatibility experience a plus o Security testing (as we'll be displaying PHI data) Healthcare experience is a huge plus The analyst develops, documents, monitors and reports predictable, repeatable processes in the disposition of testing and quality assurance, post payment/process auditing and analysis, testing tools and automation and other items affecting change to production systems and processes. This position includes oversight for the evaluation of business requirements to ensure testability. Primary Job Duties: Participates on Corporate Projects in the role of Lead Tester. This includes the design and execution of Manual and Automated tests, review of test plans and reporting of test defects - 30% Responsible for Application and Systems development testing. This includes running test scripts, access queries and data validation - 30% Monitors defects and reviews for root cause analysis. Responsible for the development of new processes to ensure quality -10% Involved with the continual improvement of test processes and automation to in turn provide improved quality assurance and reduction in testing cycle time 10% Performs automated regression testing and post payment analysis in effort to improve current test processes and provide increased quality assurance -20% Bachelors degree preferred - Associates degree or 2-3 years work experience in a similar function required. 2-3 years work experience in a testing and quality assurance environment required Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Vision and Internet applications Intermediate proficiency in HP (Mercury) Quality Center Excellent time management skills Project management skills Public presentation skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strategic thinking/planning skills Ability to work effectively with minor supervision Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines High energy level and ability to project enthusiasm Demonstrated customer service orientation Demonstrated change management and change catalyst competencies Demonstrated personal accountability Please send resume to (see below) Thank you!
