The Mid Level Technical Recruiter (3-5 years of experience) will work as a member of the Technical Recruiting Team in New York City for requirements throughout the country. You will recruit for multiple clients in a very fast paced and demanding environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Use sourcing techniques such as proprietary database searching, Internet searching through a state of the art application tracking systems to identify high-level candidates. Conduct thorough prescreening and assessment of these candidates. Reference checking and solid follow up will be necessary.
3-5 years of recruiting experience within the IT staffing industry for large direct clients (not just one technology space - but multiple technologies IT resource types)
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and applicant tracking database experience
