We have an immediate need for an Oracle CC&B Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
Fantastic long term contract opportunity to lead incident tracking and resolution efforts. This includes assigning incidents to appropriate person for resolution and tracking status. Coordinate and/or participate in Incident management sessions
Provide CC&B knowledge and recommendations to Super-users and Management as needed to address incidents, business process design and general business operations Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base
Support CC&B functional testing and planning as needed.
Required skills:
Experience with Oracle CC&B for 5+ years
Customer Information System (CIS) Business Analyst/consultant 5-7+ years
Functional skills with CC&B/CIS systems
Communication Skills (English)
Technical skill with CC&B focused on understanding the CC&B Data model
