A temporary to possible permanent opportunity is available within a large medical insurance services company. The ideal candidate will posses the following qualities:

Minimum of a HS Diploma
Minimum of up to 1 year experience within a customer service setting
Medical Insurance industry experience a PLUS
Bi-Lingual in Mandarin & Cantonese, Spanish and Creole is available!

Duties:
Manage all incoming customer inquiries on a daily basis
Receive inbound calls and work to resolve any issues
Experience: MUST be highly proficient with typing, data entry & MS Word
