Our client, a rapidly growing global insurance company, seeks a trainer to develop and conduct training programs for insurance transactional systems. You'll work on developing diverse training materials including instructor and participant guides, quick reference cards, reference guides, onscreen textual tools, Simulations, Multimedia presentations, FAQs. You will conduct training needs assessment and schedule classes in-person, on WebEx, and through lunch and learns. You will be required to travel for this assignment, including possible international travel.
Responsibilities:. Develop training scenarios and exercises in support of scheduled classes. Work with both in-house development staff and vendors to ensure that training materials developed support the software and business processes being deployed; provide input into functional application design and business processes. Maintain training environments; set-up model office. Assist in all phases of training administration . Develop and maintain a training websiteRequired Skills:. Experience in developing and conducting P&C training programs, including an understanding of P&C operations fundamentals. Training experience on underwriting, claims and/or insurance financial applications. Proven success in training and certification programs with blended delivery methods . Proven experience with analyzing processes and implementing process improvements
