Our client is a rapidly growing global P&C insurer. The firm's expansion has resulted in a terrific opportunity for candidates who have knowledge of P&C operations, and can work in a service desk environment supporting business users. In this role, you will use your insurance knowledge and skills with systems and technology, to work on logging, tracking and resolving application issues, troubleshooting application and computer problems to determine source, and advising on appropriate action.Required Skills:. Demonstrated P&C Insurance knowledge, such as experience with underwriting, claims and/or insurance financial systems as either a user or in a support role. Ability to conceptualize an application problem over the phone . Strong technical skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Office products . Excellent analytical skills
