Must have
8-10 years of application development experience with multi-tier architectures
Experience working with industry leading application servers (Tomcat, Jboss) including JMS
Proven ability to analyze and understand business requirements and build technical solutions to complex business problems
Strong experience in Financial Services IT, proven ability to interact and build strong relationships with users
Strong OO Analysis and Design Patterns experience
Strong database skills, preferring experience with Sybase (12.5 / above) or DB2 (8.x/9.x)
Solid experience with web technologies such as Struts, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, JSPs.
