. Strong Windows application development experience using .NET 3.5, WCF / .NET Remoting.
. Experience in handling large volume of data in middle tier
. Must be familiar with Design Patterns and the principles of Object-Oriented Design.
. Must have at least 10+ years of software development experience in Microsoft technologies.
. Have a positive and constructive attitude.
. 8+ years Middle tier development with messaging backbone
. Should have strong analytical and debugging skills.
Highly Desired Skills:
- WCF , .Net 3.5, LINQ
- Messaging system, TIBCO EMS or IBM MSMQ,
- Must have strong Multi-Threaded programming experience.
- Experience optimizing the performance of a .NET application.
- Experience of Composite Application Block, PRISM and Smart Client Software factory
