Description Our client, a Canadian-based bank providing a complete range of retail, commercial, corporate, investment and international banking services, is seeking a .net developer. Location: NewYork, NY Duration: 12 months As part of this project, Client is seeking a MS .NET Programmer in NYC. The .NET Programmer is responsible for working as a part of a software development project team, developing .NET applications consistently, adhering to a standard set of .NET tools and architecture. The team is split between NYC and Houston, TX. Requirements : Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft .NET development (preferably in C# or VB.NET), designing and implementing applications. Extremely strong .NET core Framework knowledge Bachelor's degree in Computer Science OR equivalent experience. Experience in WinForms, LINQ, XML, WCF Participate in code walk-through and design sessions Must be self-motivated and results-oriented Contribute to implementation efforts and provide regular status updates Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication, listening skills and a good Team player Good understanding of SQL Additionally, the following would be preferable: Experience in DevExpress Java Fixed Income trading and risk knowledge
