Having experience with Intex is an absolute Plus.

b. Experience with Intex API and N-tier architecture
c. COM, VB (plus)Web Services (SOAP and XML)
d. Win Forms and Desktop development
e. Distributed programming and .Net Remoting
f. Experience with Scrum or another Agile methodology
Database Skills
a. Entity relationships and schema design
b. Normalization, De-normalization, Data integrity(PK, FK)
c. Indexes, Stored Procedures, UDFs, Views
e. T-SQL, SQL Server 2005 or 2000
