* Have good verbal communication and writing skills.
Minimum Requirements:
* One year experience in the support field or the following certifications (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
* Must know TCP/IP subneting (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol.
MCSE& CCNA a Plus
* Must know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel office programs.
Optional/Preferred Skills:
* Knowledge of Networking
