Sr Associate Client Technical Engagement Manager in New York, NY

Our client, an IT Management & Strategy Consulting company located in NYC is looking for two (2) Sr. Associates to join their entrepreneurial team in a Project Management capacity.  They seek individuals who are highly motivated, self-starters and can work independently with significant client-facing responsibilities.  In addition to project management experience, they require an individual who excels at relationship management.  Major focus will include:
. Leading & overseeing client engagements that require expert problem solving and analysis skills. Explaining and reviewing analysis and findings. Managing client expectations. Building effective business cases for proposed solutions. Identifying implications of proposed solutions on people, processes, technology, strategy, and structure. Assessing problems with the project scope and decomposing problems to identify root causesRequired Skills:. 5-7 years professional experience with the following:. Systems Implementation. Data Analytics and Reporting. Strategic Sourcing. Change Management/Training
Preferred skill sets include:
. Statistical data analysis. Operations process analysis. IT systems design and requirements. Applied financial and management accounting
Other background & experience should include:
. Consulting experience is strongly preferred, particularly in systems implementation, process re-design, business intelligence and reporting or other areas that drive operational effectiveness and efficiency. Client interaction, project planning and project management. Comfort with and conceptual understanding of technologies that include databases and statistical analysis tools
