This person will be the project lead on a Customer Relationship Management consolidation project. Responsibilities: ? Development of data migration tools. ? Development of custom user interfaces for various groups. ? Interaction with customers to define requirement for new projects. ? Assist in defining requirements and test cases for shared code components across development teams. Experience: , ? 4+ years of extensive, hands-on experience working as a senior developer with Microsoft technologies. ? Intimately familiar with: o VB.NET o MS Access o Excel/Word VBA o SQL Server 2000 o VB 6 o Web Services ? Solid understanding of best-of-breed software engineering process (Analysis, OO Design etc.) ? Experience developing client/server applications ? Excellent communicator with strong problem solving skills. ? Ability to work independently yet cooperatively. ? Team player, ready to take initiative, to think out-of-the-box. ?
