We are currently looking for a Hardware Engineer to work in Rochester NY with the following experience:
Strong schematic development, PWB/PWBA background, strong digital electronics background.
This person will be required to:
1) Work closely with other team members
2) Contribute / develop the hardware architecture related to the product design requirements
3) Input the schematic
4) Research components and practices related to aggressive circuit board miniaturization
5) Interface with Layout house
6) Interface with Assembly house
7) Research and make recommendations that would contribute to miniaturization efforts.
Experience: NEED TO KNOW:
1) Strong schematic development (Orcad)
2) Strong PWB / PWBA productization background (familiar with the process of building heavily populated circuit boards)
3) Strong digital electronics background (knowledge of digital theory, FPGA development, signal conditioning)
4) A Plus: experience with mixed signal electronics development
(analog to digital and digital to analog conversion)
