Provide IT leadership for worldwide data architecture (DA) services, across all Global Business Units, Commercial Business Units and Support Functions. Also provide specific DA services for individual project and application support needs. Manage the delivery of high quality DA services to individual IT project teams for both solution delivery and support. Expand the global DA program to become a horizontal function, servicing the DA needs of all GBUs, CBUs and Support Functions. Further refine and implement the global DA strategy to promote data integrity, consistency and standardization, enabling both the IT Enterprise Solutions strategies and the IT Enterprise Information Delivery strategy. Develop and mentor the DA team in relational and dimensional data modelling competencies, as well as the related discipline of data analysis. Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 4 years of dedicated DA work experience, 8 years overall application delivery experience and 3 years of dedicated programming experience. 3 years of management experience with direct reports. BS/BA degree (IT-related science is preferred). Masters degree in a relevant academic discipline desireable. Must be a US Citizen or green card holder. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
