Experience: + Highly conceptual; you?re full of ideas + Over 5+ years working in the interactive and/or advertising industries + Know Flash inside and out + Experience presenting to clients on new business pitches and design reviews + Ability to articulate and present your designs and ideas to clients and internal teams + Ability to work on tight timeframes + Ability to manage a team of designers and front end flash developers + Experience brainstorming in a group environment + Have designed or directed work on a big consumer brand Let's let your portfolio speak for itself!
