Work as part of a tightly knit development team that builds and maintains the Credit's proprietary developed Crystal application. Be responsible for working closely with users in gathering functional requirements, participating in technical design sessions and implementation of individual components of the Crystal application. The role also requires working in conjunction with other technology groups such as Risk, Legal and Controllers to deliver consistent and accurate information to CRMA users. The fact that credit interacts with such a broad set of business units will allow the candidate to learn many aspects of the businesses. The role allows you to gain a full understanding of Credit Risk and have hand in developing tools that allow the CRMA (Credit Risk management and Advisory) department to manage the firms Credit Risk. Opportunity to gain insight across the full spectrum of products traded and learn how Credit calculates and manages exposures across various risk types and risk measurements. Technically, the position will allow the candidate to work closely with all phases of a projects lifecycle. The development environment is extremely challenging, you will have the opportunity to work with extremely bright, motivated individuals focusing on Java development practicing XP development principles.
