CRM Solutions ArchitectSolution Architect who will be responsible for Analysis, Design, re-engineering and development of database, feeds, business logic/workflow, and UI components of the Sales Force Automation system . Position involves working closely with the various application development teams. Development background in CRM or SFA systems. Must be hands-on and with current development experience in MS SQL Server 2000 Visual Basic and web development tools.QualificationsExperience designing and delivering technology solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Call Centers Understanding of business analytics/data warehousing Understanding of remote/mobile computingSales and Marketing business and process architecture Vendor product assessment and selection Systems integration experience using ETL, EII, batch, or other methodsTechnology/SkillsExperience with CRM system solutions Microsoft technologies (IIS, Active Directory, Commerce Server, SharePoint Portal, Reporting Services) Experience building solutions in VB and .NET & SQL server platforms (3+ years)Experience working with database technologies (SQL, Oracle) (3+ years) Experience in designing and implementing N-Tier applications is required. Must have thorough working knowledge of a CRM package (3+ years)Strong hands on data architecture and data modeling experience (3+)Proficient with designing simple and intuitive user interfaces.Personal Excellent verbal and communication skills Strong leadership and management experienceCandidate must be self-motivated, take initiative and make enterprise level decisions Individual must operate at a strategic level; prior experience should include designing enterprise-wide IT solutions and strategies Comfortable with dynamic and challenging environment Self motivated Works with a sense of urgency Ability to work with highly driven professionalsA bachelors degree or relevant advanced degree in IT preferred. 5+ years of related experience.
