Job Summary
Candidate must have previous Consulting experience.
Responsible for the management and direction of multiple consulting projects or a single large and complex project. Has additional responsibility for building and maintaining a client base. Manages overall relationships with clients and has frequent and direct contact with the most senior level executives of the client. Requires the highest level of project management and consulting skills. Identifies and pursues business opportunities with potential and existing clients. Shares practice management and performance management responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development and review of staff.

Personal Development:

· Has established network and referral contacts.

Managing the Business:
· Provides coaching and guidance to team members.
· Maintains high personal chargeability of 70%.
· Maintains high group chargeability of 80%.

Client Management:
· Demonstrates ability to manage engagements or projects with strict cost control and deliver designated engagement realization.
· Manages $1.0M in A/I annually.
· Develops strong client relations and helps staff develop effective client relationships.

Business Development:
· Identifies new business opportunities and writes proposals.
· Participates in team sales of $2M.
· Leads development of $1.0M in sales.

Technical Competence:
· Competent in multiple technical areas
· Facilitates exchange of ideas and application of best practices.

Education & Experience
· Advanced degree preferred.
· Typically has seven to nine years of relevant work experience, including both consulting and general industry experience.
· Candidate should have the ability to demonstrate excellent selling abilities within the Professional Services segment.
· Candidate must have experience selling to large accounting firms or large law firms.
