This position will assist in the development and administration of the SAP HR systems. The primary responsibility will be the configuration of the SAP/HR system and the detailed maintenance of all HR applications. This position will also serve an analytical role in gathering / analyzing data requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SAP Configuration: Responsible for all configuration changes in the HR system. The incumbent will determine how to configure the system to meet the needs of the business.
2nd Level / 3rd level support for HR Applications: Provides support for HR applications when the problem requires a more technical analyst.
SAP HR Administration: Responsible for maintaining the nightly jobs and interfaces between the payroll system and the HR system. Knowledge of ALE is a plus.
Data Cleansing & Data Quality: Responsible for analyzing and cleaning up data issues in the SAP HR system. Also, recommending long term solutions to alleviate these issues in the future.
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:
· Help Desk Support for HR Applications
· Business / Systems analyst roles
· Some development
Experience: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to perform a variety of duties and multi-task.
2-4 years SAP HR Configuration experience (4.7)
Requires at least one full SAP HR implementation
Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Experience
· Working knowledge SAP configuration/customization
· Working Knowledge of SAP and Web applications
· Working knowledge of SAP HR data and logical data structures.
· Working knowledge of Function modules
· Working knowledge of SAP Dialogue
· Working knowledge of ALE
Education
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent work experience.
