manuals for Technical Services that will be used by both customers and internal
managers. You will utilize client-facing health support tools as well as the associated
administrative websites. Job Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of technical writing experience with training documentation, user
guides, or equivalent. Ability to work independently using clients software tools
and write user guides. Ability to coordinate input from multiple SMEs. Associate cross-functional concepts for implementation into related user guides.
Write user documentation in accordance with the company style manual and the Microsoft
