Title: Deskside Support Technician (Need to be familiar with both Windows & MAC environments)
Candidate must have hands-on experience and background supporting Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP. Candidate must possess the knowledge to support a variety of PC applications software programs which typically include: Microsoft - Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Main day-to-day job will be performing IMAC ((Installs/Moves/Adds/Changes) duties; re-fresh; deskside support problem tickets
MUST also have worked with MAC/Apple Computers.
